These terms govern your use of saintgermain.capital, operated by Maison SaintGermain Ventures Limited (“the Firm”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

No offer and no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on it should be relied upon in making a financial decision. The Firm invests its own capital and that of a small group of aligned principals; the site is not an invitation to entrust money to us.

Descriptions of sectors or activities describe where the Firm has historically deployed capital. They are not a commitment to any strategy, allocation or transaction, and they may change without notice.

Unsolicited submissions

You may send us an inquiry through the form or by email. Doing so does not create any relationship between us, does not oblige us to reply, review, evaluate or act, and does not put us under any duty of confidence beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not send material you regard as confidential, proprietary or subject to a third party's rights unless we have agreed in writing to receive it. Where you send us an idea, proposal or business plan without such an agreement, you accept that we may already be considering, or may later consider, opportunities that resemble it, and that we are free to do so without obligation to you.

The name Maison SaintGermain Ventures, the crest and armorial device, the text and the design of this site belong to the Firm or are used under licence. You may read the site and print or store pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use any part of it commercially without our written consent.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or disrupts it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or connected systems.
• Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details from it.
• Do not submit anything through the form that is false, malicious or infringes anyone's rights.

Third-party links

Where the site links to a third party, that link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you submit to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any right you may have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence where that law cannot be excluded by agreement.

We may amend these terms at any time. The date above records the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
